RETURN POLICY

Product Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

–Within fourteen (14) days upon receiving the order, users must contact Hue either by phone on +30.231 025 0379 or by e-mail at info@hueroastery.com, or in writing. Users must mention their order details, withdraw from the purchase contract and request a refund or an exchange with Hue products of equal value or a Hue gift card of equal value.

–Products must be returned in the same condition as received, i.e. in their original unsealed packaging.
–Returned products must be accompanied by a photocopy of their original sales receipt.
–Once all the aforementioned conditions are met, users must only cover return costs, only for products in the process of delivery or in their possession.

All returns must be sent to the following address:
HUE, Filippou 38, Thessaloníki 54631, Greece

No returns policy applies for products in the following cases:
(a) the supply of bespoke products tailored to the consumer’s specifications, and (b) the supply of sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, as per Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83 on Consumer Rights.

In case of defects or flaws not stemming from inappropriate use of products, users must contact Hue, either by phone +30.231 025 0379 or by e-mail at info@hueroastery.com, or generally in any valid way within twenty four (24) hours upon receipt. Users must e-mail a picture of the product in its condition upon receipt. Hue. is responsible for all return costs associated with damaged or faulty products.

In case of returns of damaged or faulty products, Users can choose between a refund, an exchange with Hue products of equal value or a Hue gift card of equal value.
