1. GENERAL
By accessing and using the website and e-shop of HUE COFFEE Ι.Κ.Ε., the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree, they must refrain from using the website and services.
All prices include VAT in accordance with Greek and EU law.

2. ORDERS
Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes a legally binding distance sales contract in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.
Orders are considered complete once the electronic order form is submitted and confirmed via email.

3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All product descriptions, images and prices are provided for informational purposes. Availability is subject to stock levels.
HUE COFFEE Ι.Κ.Ε. reserves the right to modify product information without prior notice.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders within Greece are delivered via courier within approximately 2–4 working days.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors. HUE COFFEE Ι.Κ.Ε. is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or force majeure events.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
Users have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the products.
Returned products must:
Be unused and in original packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are borne by the User, unless the product is defective.
Exceptions apply as per Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, including sealed products unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.

6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In case of defective or damaged products, Users must notify HUE COFFEE Ι.Κ.Ε. within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
HUE COFFEE Ι.Κ.Ε. covers all return costs and offers refund, replacement or store credit.

7. PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted payment methods include:
Debit / Credit Cards via Viva Payments
Bank transfer
Other methods as displayed at checkout
Card data is processed exclusively by Viva Payments. HUE COFFEE Ι.Κ.Ε. does not store card details.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HUE COFFEE Ι.Κ.Ε. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products, except where required by law.

9. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Greek law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloníki, Greece.
